RÉCOLTE DESSERT BAR

Récolte Dessert Bar was established in 2019 and designed by Chef Michael Laikonis, serving contemporary American desserts with global influence. Upon entering the space, the dimly lit dining area wrapped around an open kitchen, focusing the guest’s attention to the center of the space where the chefs would prep for the night. This layout offered guests a chance to observe the preparation and plating of the delicate desserts before being served to their table. The three course menu was inspired by the season; With meticulous presentation and unique flavor pairings, the dining experience created an interactive atmosphere for everyone in the room.
